(Derek) Elaine Wendy StevenLAMBETHLAMBETH (Derek) Elaine, Wendy, Steven, Martyn and families would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their wonderful kindness and support, for the many letters and cards of sympathy, flowers and very generous donations given in memory of Derek to the Douglas Macmillan Hospice, a very special thank you to all the nurses on the red team at the DMH for their loving care, kindness and hugs. Heartfelt thanks to Dr Sundar, Dr Lloyd and the hospice chaplain Stephen Goodwin for being there when needed, also thanks to Dr Harper and Dr Vass for their care of Derek, thank you to the district nurses and a special thank you to Sylvia Bryan, also to Cathy Case for conducting a lovely service and thanks to Caroline, Tony and staff at Regency Funeral Services for all their help and kindness.
